Start Your Body Transformation With someone who has travelled on the same road as you
Growing up overweight, I was always self-conscious—too embarrassed to take off my T-shirt in high school and feeling invisible in university. At 20, inspired by a good friend, I ventured into the gym world, initially following popular “bro science” advice. That summer, tired of feeling “skinny fat,” I boosted my calorie intake with dense protein shakes and full fat cream milk gaining 10kg in a matter of weeks. Although I built strength, my body still lacked the lean definition I craved.
After having attained my degree, I eventually became a Chartered Accountant and ended up fully immersed in the corporate finance world. Even with my professional finance roles spread over 18 years in New Zealand and London, I never stopped my fitness journey. I just didn’t look like I lifted even though I did.
Over the years I’ve tried “cutting” programs that left me just lean enough but never truly shredded. My fitness journey hit a major setback during Covid when unhealthy habits took over during the brutal lockdowns and my weight ballooned to unacceptable levels. It was this time during my mid 30s, I decided enough was enough. I hired a renowned fitness coach and embarked on a dedicated weight loss and body transformation program that helped me lose nearly 18kg achieving the lean, muscular physique I’d always dreamed of.
Now, as a Certified Nutritionist and Personal Trainer, I combine my first-hand experience with expert knowledge to guide others through their weight loss journeys and fitness transformations. I understand the challenges of losing weight and building a strong, defined body especially with the added stress of working in the corporate world.
